My 15th birthday blast ♥

Hello, my blogging buddies! How is June treating you so far? 

My 15th birthday was passed in a lovely way.

Yesterday. My classmates had a mini surprise birthday party for me at O'flahertys Irish Restaurant although my birthday is today but who cares.

I’ve literally been smiling all day. A massive thank you to all of you for wishing me a happy birthday, my family, my friends and my hubby that has made my birthday more enjoyable. 

As I've grown older, I'm immensely grateful for all the things i have now. I’m grateful that I'm surrounded by a variety of great people in my life. Their love and understanding have made me the person I am today. I'm grateful for my family’s unconditional love and for friends that are always there to lift me up whenever I’m feeling down. I couldn't imagine how my life would be without them.

All in all it was a GREAT celebration, one I will never forget♥

The Avengers

This movie was awesome! We went on Sunday around 5:30 pm to beat the crowds! Well maybe you didn't grow up watching these super heroes, But I bet you've heard of them. 

It is now my favorite superhero movie and that is saying something. I convinced my hubby that we should have many superhero movies and that would probably be our number 1 movie genre besides maybe Disney movies. Anyways, this movie was great and has everything we look for. It had an incredibly well developed storyline and each Avenger played very well off of each other. I thought Cap and Iron Man fit the best together and I loved some of their back and forth.

This movie did a fantastic job with the Hulk as well. Hulk was used perfectly in this film and it really helped bring the movie along.

I do both. it depends on how much time I have to get ready.

I like the smell of certain woods. actually i got too many fun smells to list.

For this past week we had like at least one assignment every single day. Hufftt.. I'm up late. I shouldn't be up so late. But I just didn't feel like getting out of bed yesterday, so I kept rolling over and going back to sleep. Poor discipline is one of my major problems.

I'm generally okay on someone else's schedule, but keeping my own is proving difficult. Anyway, I'm up. And blogging, lucky you.

Mish Mash

Hello? Crickets.

Wow. A week is pretty much the longest I’ve gone without blogging since I’ve had this thing. Life has been a little hectic as usual. I know, I know, I’m a bad blogger. I’ve been busy with life and whatnot, and I really can’t believe I haven’t blogged for a week! Time flies!

I have a lot to say. So much has happened the last couple of days. My head is spinning, my emotions are everywhere. I will come back once I can sort things out in this head of mine.

Unforgettable

Trip to Singapore with 6 others ❥

I watched Wicked a few days ago with my friends. I’ve been so excited to catch it since the announcement of the musical coming to town last three weeks, and have been bugging the mister ever since.

So I finally did. And it was spectacular. Loved everything about it – the set, the songs (Defying Gravity is a personal favorite, Popular comes second) and of course the costumes.
I think the costumes that really blew me away were those of the Emerald City citizens. I mean really, I’ve never quite liked green, especially on clothes – but the costumes in One Short Day made it into and eccentric mix of high fashion and vintage chic.

We went shopping, and we ate loads of foods.

Sorry there’s no photos of the set and backdrop pre-show because it seems that the rule of “strictly no photography” was seriously enforced. Before the show started, they had staff looking out for, and stopping people from trying to take photos.

Oh well, it still doesn’t make Wicked any less watchable. If you haven’t caught it, then you should!

Just Another Day

Today was just like any other. Get up, go to school, get home, do my homework and get on the laptop for the rest of the day. My life is at a down point right now. I'm soo effin tired. Why is my schedule so packed. I'm only 14! I've no idea what I want to do with my life. I don't have much of a desire to do anything. life has lost its sparkle a bit.

My State of Mind

I've been stable recently, not that I'm usually insane, but things have been undramatic. It must be because of emotional hibernation.

I keep thinking that I must stop interfering with people (by being attracted to them or whatever), and instead be a good listening ear for others. I do like to do that because many of my friends are in distress. It always seems that I end up moaning to them as well though... things upset me still.

and I haven't been feeling happy at all in recent days. I feel like people are shutting me out, in a way. Actually, I don't really mind. I'm not annoyed. Just concerned that I drive people away or disappoint them. I wonder about the kind of signals I give to people. I am often quite on edge, which may mean that I give out the wrong signals more and more.

In short, I am a lost soul, and don't know where to start in getting better.

Blessed

I hate having nothing to do during the day. It makes me doing things around the house for other people even more of a chore. It's as if they're saying, "Hey! you got nothing to do, so instead of being a lazy bum, go do this for me."

Anyway, I had a splinter of wood stuck in my thumb a few hours ago. I am a little bit freaked out at first. My initial attempts to remove it had failed and the pain was so !@#$^$&* annoying.

THANK GOD, my boyfriend help me out.
